The Pike County Youth Coalition is organized within seven difference committees, which tackle a variety of issues and projects. Below are descriptions of each committee, and across the top of this page are the various initiatives that have been launched so far by the PCYC.

Goals:
   - Increase youth civic participation
   - Facilitate dialogue and interaction between young people and their elected officials

Goals:
   - Encourage youth volunteerism
   - Create opportunities for young people to give back to the community

   - Counteract the regional brain drain
   - Establish a network of young professionals in Pike County

   - Bring knowledge and history of Pike County to the youth community in an engaging way
   - Work on issues within area schools

   - Raise awareness about the many things to do in pike County that young people might not know about
   - Hold fun events for young people to attend, especially to foster an alumni network
