Proposed Library Renditions (Frederic Schwartz Architects)
Over the past two years, Pike County has considered building a new main branch library in Milford, which will be a great benefit to young people as an engaging and modern place to learn and meet.
In the design phase, however, the plan has encountered some obstacles and controversy, delaying its construction. The Library Board and the Architectural Review Board have been outspoken in their opinions about the design. So too have been community leaders and various organizations. But we want to know what YOU think.
Record a minute-or-less youtube video on what a new library would mean to you, how you would use it or anything else that’s on your mind about the proposal. We’ll cut these clips together to make a video that will show the community just how young people feel about the project. Tell your friends, our goal is 50 videos by March!
